I had a wonderful experience purchasing my first motorcycle. I was surfing the web looking for a motorcycle and found one that I thought I might like on their website. So I left an online message on Monday. That's their day-off but, Mike D the sales manager called me right away. Two days later I made my way to the dealership and was promptly greeted by Jeff with a big smile and a Howdy. Jeff showed me the bike I was interested in and explained all the features in detail. Jeff was very kind and patient, since being a novice I must have asked several stupid questions but, that did not phase Jeff. Then I talked with Mike D to find out what would be my out the door price. I believe I got a fair deal, there were not hidden charges or Doc fees. It was straight forward price of the bike, tax and tag. That's it! To top it off they ordered a Reach-seat and offered to deliver my Fat Boy home free of charge. Nick delivered the bike, carefully parked it in my garage and showed me how to set the PIN code and several other features.
This would be considered above and beyond service but not at Harley-Davidson of Atlanta. I got a genuine Harley cleaning kit, a t-shirt, a backpack and 15% off coupon for in-store merchandise. But wait, there's more. Free membership to H.O.G.
