I recently had a problem with the 2019 BoomBox GTS. After texts, emails and working on it Brian was stumped also. He then spent around 1 hour on tech support. He finally got to the bottom of the issue and resolved it. In total he spent upwards of 2 hours working with me on the issue. His time and determination is very much appreciated.
