I am not going to lie. It hurts a little when it comes time to pay that service bill. But, when I consider the quality of work and the need to have a reliable bike with the miles that I ride it is undoubtedly worth the investment. This time I walked in on a Saturday morning with the intent to leave the bike for them to squeeze in during the week. As luck would have it, there was room in the schedule and before the end of the day I was riding home on a well maintained (and now very clean) bike.
Ray and the entire service department are always 100% professional and easy to talk to.
The next service for me is the big 50K and I am bracing for the bill already, but there is no doubt about where I will be going to have my bike cared for. And no doubt in my mind that the work will be done well. (Employee: Ray Sullivan)
